Once Harp understand your business then ideas can be put down on paper.
Two tier approach is developed. The first with the layout of the room and the restrictions that it many impose. Fitting job functions the consoles and show how interaction will be conducted between teams. The second will be to configure what technology should be deployed so that operators can conduct their function efficiently and productivity.
The Design
Once what the business needs have been identified then the design can start.
These will start with sketches and 2D designs to verify that Harp's understand is correct and identify and restrictions that will influence the design.
