Harp can offer a complete turnkey fit out of a new or existing space.

Harp cannot only supply consoles and technology it can design and implement the complete control room. Electrics, lighting, aircon, carpets, walls, glass partitions, LCD activated glass, networking both copper and fiber.

Deployment

Harp takes the design and project manages the installation with its own and/or third party trades.

Whether it’s a new structure, or a renovation of an existing space, a building represents a substantial financial investment. Our comprehensive solutions approach significantly improves the control room efficiency and the operator’s working environment. We employ modular construction techniques that work around your unique requirements allowing for seamless live cutover opportunities. The Harp team coordinates the site requirements with the construction schedule and maintains a consistent client “buy-in” throughout the process.

Tracking Progress

As part of the project planning Harp will at the proposal stage present a Gantt chart showing how the project will progress.

When the project is underway Harp will report weekly highlighting project progress and associated risks using its traffic light format. This will provide advance notic of any anticipated problems and risks to the project timescale.
